Finally...Illegal Immigrates are Illegal...at least in AZ

A Judge in Arizona as ruled that Arizona law enforcement can enforce the provision of the Arizona Immigration bill that allows officers to check a persons legal citizenship status if they are suspected of being in the country illegally, once they have been stopped or arrested for another violation of laws.

Finally we can call people who have not entered this country through a legal means exactly what they are, Illegal, and at last, at least in Arizona, do something about it.

Probably just about all Americans have no problems with people immigrating to this country when done so under the law.  But to come here in any other way is Illegal.  And an overwhelming majority of Americans expect the Federal government to enforce our borders, enforce our immigraion laws, and return the violators.

Even though the Obama administration refuses to do its constitutional duty regarding immigration, and runs over the constitution in other areas, at least some states are attempting to deal with the problem.  My hat is off to Arizona for not buckling to federal pressure and law suits and begini
